Online Coaching

What is Online Coaching?

This is a great question! Over the years, Online Coaching has evolved; let me attempt to simplify what Online Coaching means to us. 

Starting with an in-depth consultation, either by phone or an online form, a Personal Trainer will then have enough information to design you an exercise plan, and offer you the appropriate nutritional guidance. These will depend on your goal, history of training, current eating habits, as well as age, injury history and medical / health history. 

Once your training plan is made, your profile will be added to the software that we use, and you'll be able to view and fill out your training plan on the App. The training plan comes with video tutorials, it will also tell you how many reps and sets to do for each exercise. The software we use also has the ability to track your daily step count, and link in with calorie-tracking apps. The app also allows you to track weekly weigh-ins and any progress photos.

 

The amount of functionality we end up using with you, solely depends on your goal, your commitment and your time-frame.

With the app, we are able to see how much weight you have lifted for each strength-based exercise; such as squats and how fast you have moved, or the total distanced you have covered for each cardio-based exercise; such as the treadmill. You can also rate each workout out of 10, and provide feedback if needed.

Essentially, the App allows us to be your virtual Personal Trainer: It's a platform that allows us to guide you as much or as little is needed in regards to your training, daily activity levels, nutrition, motivation and overall progress. On top of this, you have the ability to message us at any point during the week, whilst you also have the option for a weekly 15 - 20 minute catch-up call with us, to further clarify any queries you may have with your training or nutrition, and to help plan for the week ahead.

Take each month at a time, Online Coaching is just a monthly commitment. An automatic payment will be set up , which you can stop at any time, without charge.

So as long as you hold access to the software and are using the app, you will continue to receive a new training plan each month.
