Personal Training is for anyone that wants to maximise the use of their time spent in the gym, for someone that prefers to have a qualified and experienced coach with them, guiding them through each exercise, to ensure they are training hard, moving correctly and safely. 

Personal training is also for someone who could benefit from some extra motivation during workouts and accountability with their longer-term exercise routine and consistency. 


Lastly Personal training can really help people who would like some guidance on their nutritional habits, in the hope of changing their body composition or body weight.

How much does it cost?

Personal Training costs between £35 and £50 per hour session. The exact price will depend on which package you choose. Each package includes your training plan and nutritional guidance.

  • 1-2-1 Personal Training with a coach.

  • A new personalised training plan every 4 - 6 weeks.

  • Nutritional guidance, including a variety of meal ideas and snack options to help maximise your results.

  • Optional body composition testing.
