What is the programme?

​This 6-week programme has been designed for people who want to aggressively: 

1- Increase their muscle mass

2- Reduce their body fat 

As soon as you join the programme, you will have access via our App.

The programme comes complete with video tutorials, it will also tell you how many reps and sets to do for each exercise.

 

The software we use also has the ability to track your daily step count, and link in with calorie-tracking apps. It also allows you to track weekly weigh-ins and any progress photos.

6 things included in the 6-week programme 

  • 1 - An initial coaching call, to help for a smooth setup 

  • 2 - A structured workout programme, showing over 30 exercises included with detailed video tutorials, as well as ​​unique training methods explained and implemented in the programme - to save workout time and maximise physique results. 

  • 3 - A full nutritional review, including: Calorie ranges, macro ranges, meal ideas, meal sources, and answers to common training and nutrition-related questions. 

  • 4 - A new focus point each week throughout the 6-week programme, to enhance your training and diet knowledge, and to help you progress week-on-week during the programme.

  • 5 - Online access to extra tools, resources and videos on all topics related to reducing fat and building muscle.   

  • 6 - Weekly check-in calls - to answer any remaining queries and to provide video analysis on any exercises, to ensure you are on track with your goals.
